How to do disk defragment in windows even 7 , vista, XP

In this article I will tell you to do disk defragment in window seven 7 and also vista, xp.

Do you find your computer run slower than before or when you run your computer for the first time after setting windows? If you say yes, then your computer should do disk defragment to optimize your computer performance. I just want to tell you that doing disk defragment only a way of many ways to make your computer run faster, so there are still many other ways that can help your computer to run faster or to solve problem when your computer run slower.

And doing disk defragment means to defrag you file in your partition to be tidy and also help your hard disk to run faster such as copy/move files. Also remember that even if you try keep your file tiny in their suitable folder but it doesn’t mean that you don’t need to do disk defragment and you should do it around 1 or 2 times per month.

I will tell you now but just to tell you that I use windows Seven 7 as example, but in windows vista and XP also perform like this too.
Now to start doing disk defragment, first go to My Computer. Right click on any partition you’d like to defrag and choose properties.
Click on Tool tabs. And then choose Defragment now..  Or you can go to Start >> All Programs >> Accessories >> Disk Defragmenter.

Then choose any partition you like and click analyze Disk to make sure that your disk need to defragment or not. After analyzing your disk, you can click on Defragment now to start defragment. It can take some minute depend on the size of your hard disk.
